1.1 Approval of Planning Commission minutes for January 17, 2012
2. PUBLIC HEARINGS
2.1 Conditional Use Permit No. 2-12; Sanson Amaya, applicant; Dwight Hansen, owner; C-2 General Commercial zoning designation; Commercial General Plan land use designation.
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to establish a recycling buyback center and e-waste drop off at 33 East Gridley Road. According to the land use designation of C-2 General Commercial, a Conditional Use Permit is required.

F. Determine the project is Categorically Exempt per the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15301; and
G. Recommendation: Approve Conditional use Permit No. 1-12 based on the findings and conditions of approval listed in the staff report dated April 23, 2012.
