The Gridley Recreation Department offers FREE Federal and State Income Tax assistance and e-filing for anyone with a basic return who's income level is $50,000 or less through April 15th, 2012 by appointment only. Call 846-3264 for an appointment or for more information.

A copy of last year's tax return
taxpayer's proof of identity
all forms, W-2, 1098 and 1099,
Information about other income
Identification number of child care provider
Information for deductions/credits
Proof of account for direct deposit of refund (ex. Voided Check)
Social Security and or ITIN card for you, your spouse, and dependents
