The City of Gridley and Waste Management have teamed up to help you clean up! So clean out the house or the clutter in the garage, clean up the yard, the alley, you name it! If it’s in Gridley City Limits (April 2011 Gridley Utility Bill and valid ID required), we want to help you. For one day only, Waste Management will have trucks and bins set up in the 400 block of Vermont Street to receive the following items:

·         Bulky Items (old furniture, mattresses, tables)
·         Appliances (microwave ovens, freezers, refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.)
·         E-Waste (Televisions, computers, computer monitors)
·         Metals, scrap wood, plywood
·         Yard Waste, brush, tree trimmings
·         All non-hazardous household waste
·         HAZARDOUS WASTE NOT ACCEPTED (No paint, solvents, pesticides, waste oil, anti-freeze, pool chemicals, fluorescent bulbs or lamps, batteries, explosives waste or flammable materials)
Sorry, we will not be accepting any tires.

Please have items separated so volunteers can direct you and keep the traffic moving!
